Dame Janet is available to provide consultancy services on strategic employment law and partnership issues and issues relating to the management of global professional services firms. Dame Janet has a particular interest in problems arising from contractual issues in the workplace, diversity and work life balance, as well as organisational governance and changing working practices.

Dame Janet's current assignments include:

 acting as Diversity Adviser to the Diversity and Inclusion Council of an investment bank and

 mentoring clients of a commercial organisation based in the West End.
